Florence specialises in technology related outsourcing and system integration projects. She has significant experience advising clients in both the public (including central government, health and construction) and private (including insurance and financial services) sectors.

Experience

Advising the Cabinet Office on the procurement of a new outsourced pensions administration service for the Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS), the third largest pension scheme in the UK. This is a major Government procurement project at the heart of Government (classified as a 'Gold' tier contract) and subject to scrutiny by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA).
Advising NHS England on the re-procurement of its financial environment in order to implement a cloud-based solution.
Advising an executive non-departmental public body in the exit and implementation of in-sourcing their key business functions.
Advising a central government department on the re-procurement of multiple service lines for its contract centre.
Advising on and negotiating a range of outsourcing and IT contracts for FTSE 100 financial services clients.
