Caroline is a Partner in the Glasgow Real Estate Team with more than 20 years' experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, focusing on investment and development work.

Her clients include global institutional investors, developers and property companies and she often leads on the Scottish Real Estate aspects of large scale cross border portfolio transactions.

She has been involved in a number of market leading deals including:

• Acting for a major US REIT on:
• the acquisition of 8 Retail Parks in the UK (two of which were in Scotland) for an overall value of circa £207m
• £83m UK Retail Park Portfolio acquisition
• £40m purchase and leaseback of 7 industrial warehouses in Scotland
• Asset Management work for 15 Retail Parks in Scotland
• Acting for a UK based Real Estate Investment Company in the acquisition, disposal and asset management of Retail Parks including:
• the acquisition of 3 retail parks in Scotland with a combined value of £50m
• management of the Scottish Real Estate aspects of a UK portfolio corporate disposal of 5 Retail Parks, two of which were in Scotland
• Asset management work for Scottish Retail Parks
• Prominent Glasgow supermarket investment acquisition for a global investment manager for £49m
• Working closely with a dynamic London based property B Corp in the acquisition, sustainable redevelopment and letting of an iconic Glasgow City Centre building
• Acting for a prominent public sector backed organisation in the sale and leaseback, forward funding and redevelopment of their leisure and entertainment campus including a multi-purpose indoor arena, forward sale of a multi storey car park and sale of a hotel development site.
