Her clients include global institutional investors, developers and property companies and she often leads on the Scottish Real Estate aspects of large scale cross border portfolio transactions.

- Scottish aspects of 4 high-profile UK wide retail park portfolio acquisitions with a combined value of circa £600m over 3 years
- £40 million purchase and leaseback of 7 industrial warehouses in Scotland
- £46m corporate acquisition of a Lux S.A.R.L holding a Dundee retail park asset
- Acting for a London based real estate investment company on the acquisition, asset management and onward disposal of 3 Scottish retail parks achieving a combined exit value of £80m
- Advising a global investment manager on the acquisition of a landmark Glasgow supermarket investment for £49 million
- Supporting a dynamic London-based property B Corp in the regeneration lifecycle of an iconic Glasgow city centre building from acquisition, sustainable redevelopment through to asset management to onward sale
- Acting for a prominent public sector-backed organisation on the sale and leaseback, forward funding and redevelopment of their leisure and entertainment campus (including a multi-purpose indoor arena, forward sale of a multi-storey car park and the sale of a hotel development site)
- £49m sale of a Glasgow PBSA development on behalf of the global investment and financing arm of a leading international infrastructure group
