Oisín is an associate in our Real Estate Group in Ireland having joined the firm in June 2026. Oisín has wide-ranging experience across all areas of residential and commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development and property backed financing arrangements.

Oisín has acted on a broad range of real estate transactions, including the bulk acquisition of properties and development land. He has assisted with the real estate aspects of banking and corporate transactions and has for several lenders and receivers in the acquisition and sale of distressed properties

Prior to joining the firm, Oisín spent 5 years working in the Real Estate department of a leading Irish law firm.

Oisín's experience includes:

Acted on behalf of a number of authorised housing bodies in the forward funding of a number of proposed strategic housing developments and the forward sales of large housing developments across Dublin.
Acted for numerous large-scale developers in their acquisition, finance and refinancing of large land acquisitions for housing developments.
Acted for a REIT in their refinance of a large mixed-use development in Dublin
Acted for an ICAV in the acquisition and leasing of a large volume of social housing properties throughout Ireland.
Acted for PTSB & AIB on a number of loan sales of a large portfolio of non-performing loans.
