Over nearly three decades, Greg has advised more than 400 in-house legal teams. He founded AG Integrate (now a multi-million-pound contract lawyer platform), leads a Chambers NewLaw Band One-ranked legal transformation practice, and holds a Band One individual ranking in Chambers NewLaw 2025.

With a doctorate focused on legal leadership, he bridges theory and practice — working at the intersection of strategy, high performance, team dynamics, and legal operations. As a trusted coach and adviser to FTSE 100 General Counsel, he delivers measurable results — including designing more effective operating models for some of the world’s most progressive and dynamic corporate legal functions.

Greg is also the creator or contributor to several tools and frameworks used by global legal teams, including Legal Leader Formation Programme; Future Leaders; 8 Domains of Legal Function Maturity; and the Strengths-Based Development Framework

Greg sits on the board and faculty of The O Shaped Lawyer, features in a Harvard Business School case study and regularly chairs and facilitates board-level conversations on leadership, legal innovation, and the future of work.
