Rhian is an experienced real estate practitioner with over 10 years' experience in the sector. 

Rhian has a wide range of experience in all aspects of real estate matters but is currently focused on investment work, acting as account manager for a number of our key institutional investment clients. 

Rhian's experience includes:

• advising a number of our institutional investment clients on acquisition, disposal and estate management matters
• representing retail UK based retail companies in relation to the growth and management of their property portfolios
• acting for local authority and quasi-public sector organisations in the North West advising on all aspects of real estate work
• advising various developers in relation to site assembly and scheme implementation for a range for UK renewable energy projects.
