Paul deals with a variety of commercial property work including sales and acquisitions, management and development.  Paul has particular experience in landlord and tenant and development work.

• Acting for Muse Developments on their 1.4 million sqft warehouse and distribution scheme at Logic Leeds – this has included working with their partner Trustees of Lord Halifax Estate and has involved forward funding agreements with investors and development agreements for lease with tenants including John Lewis and Amazon. 
• Acting for Stadium Group on their retail park portfolio which has included sales and purchases of retail parks and lettings to major retailers including Marks & Spencer, Next and Primark.
• Acting for Skanska Plc as tenant on the agreement for lease and lease of their London head office at Moorgate
• Acting for a major petrol filling station operator on the UK roll out of electric vehicle charging stations 
• Acting for a major petrol filling station operator on a potential new scheme in Yorkshire with additional restaurant operators involving optioning up separate parcels of land as part of the intial site assembly
