• Acting for a substantial UK motor dealership dealing with their legal requirements which has included the funding and development of a new motor dealership in Oldham on a brownfield site. The transaction included advising on procurement and advising on terms of appointment and collateral warranties
• Acting for a landowner in a consortium of other landowners in relation to a promotion agreement for a housing development of 1000 homes, retail, and medical centre in Nantwich Cheshire. Phases of the site being developed by Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and David Wilson Homes. Work included site acquisition, dealing with planning agreements and imposing overage, 
• Acting for landowners in Cheshire on the relocation of large oil pipeline serving the northwest owned by UK Oil Pipelines Limited.
• Acting on the property and environmental aspects of the sale of a UK laundry company to a French operator
• Acting for a high street lender on the funding of the redevelopment of Milton Keynes Football stadium including satisfying the lender as to the form of building contract and procurement to ensure adequate cover of development risk for the bank.
• Part of a team acting for an NHS Foundation Trust on the first exit from a PFI contract, handing back the property asset to the public sector.
• Acting for collaborating NHS Foundation Trusts in the taking on and running of outpatient pharmacy supply services through wholly owned subsidiaries or the wholly owned subsidiaries of other NHS Trusts.
• Part of the team acting for overseas government on its ($250m) PPP hospital programme.
