Hayley deals with all areas of non-contentious commercial property including acting for pension funds on property acquisitions and disposals, routine property management work (including leases) and is involved with hotel development work. Hayley also acts for agricultural clients and has advised them on a wide range of agricultural issues. Hayley’s experience includes:
- acting on the acquisition of a multi-let mixed use assets for a pension fund
- acting for a hotel tenant entering into a number of turnkey development agreements for lease
- acting on sales and purchases of agricultural land subject to overage and with the benefit of entitlements, and acting on the purchase of 5 individual forests for private individuals
- advising agricultural clients on the asset management of their portfolio including granting easements and wayleaves, and options for the sale of land for non-agricultural purposes
- advising energy clients on taking options for lease for Solar and BESS projects and the ability to terminate existing tenancies (including working alongside Counsel to serve notices to terminate an Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancy)
