He represents a wide range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, directors, secured and unsecured creditors, shareholders, financial institutions, and companies facing financial distress. Aziz has extensive experience handling administrations, liquidations, bankruptcies, and restructuring processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Aziz's contentious work spans the full spectrum of insolvency disputes, including claims brought by and against officeholders, fraud, antecedent transactions, asset recovery, and misfeasance. On the restructuring side, Aziz advises on 'in-court' restructuring options, directors' duties in a distressed context and the strategic application of insolvency procedures.
