Jack is an Edinburgh based Associate in the Real Estate Team qualified in Scotland, England and Wales.
Jack acts for a wide range of clients on ongoing lease management transactions, investment acquisitions and disposals and providing property diligence advice to investors. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2022, Jack has acted for both public and private sector clients on matters such as managing retail estates, divesting portfolios of properties and acquisitions of income strips.

Jack's experience includes:
- Acting for a major UK supermarket in managing their Scottish lease estate including new lettings, assignations and wayleaves;
- Acting for private equity firms in acquisitions of tenanted office and industrial properties in England and Scotland as well as ongoing leasing matters in relation to the same;
- Jack acts for a rural airport operator in various office, terminal and ground leases as well as granting wayleaves to neighbouring land owners;
- Jack acts for an institutional landlord client on ongoing lease transactions across retail parks in Scotland.
