Addleshaw Goddard (AG), the international law firm, is once again recognised in Chambers and Partners NewLaw 2026 guide, the gold standard for NewLaw services and innovation in law.

The results are testament to the trust our clients place in us to help them navigate the complex challenges of an evolving market, supporting them to drive meaningful change, adopt creative approaches to interim legal resourcing, and deliver greater value through our tech-enabled and AI-driven services and solutions.

The firm achieved rankings in:

  • Band 1 – Legal Transformation Consulting
  • Band 1 – Law Tech Consulting (up from Band 2)
  • Band 2 – Flexible Legal Staffing (up from Band 3) for AG Integrate
  • Band 3 – Contract Lifecycle Management

There is individual recognition in the 2026 guide for Gregory Bott, Sophie Jackson and Chris Tart-Roberts, who all retain Band 1 rankings.

The rankings are based on direct feedback from clients which highlights the breadth of AG’s offering, bringing its deep legal and sector expertise together with specialist consulting and legal technology expertise, alongside AG Integrate, the firm’s flexible resourcing business connecting clients with interim lawyers and specialist professionals.

They demonstrate a strong ability to manage complex, multi-dimensional matters, combining legal insight with a clear understanding of process, technology and change. They approach complexity in a structured and pragmatic way, ensuring solutions are workable and aligned with client objectives.” - Legal Transformation Consulting respondent NewLaw

Addleshaw Goddard spent time listening to our specific challenges, the markets we operate in and the legal concerns that are most relevant to our business. They also take time to check in with us regularly and ensure the service is continuing to be run to our satisfaction, and they are quick to suggest any improvements. Finally, they were able to provide us with reassurance that should their appointed legal representative have any knowledge gaps needed on a particular project, they would have access to a centralised hub that allowed all their experts to share knowledge and advise as needed.” - Flexible Legal Staffing respondent NewLaw

The Chambers’ rankings are the latest external recognition for AG as a long-term innovation leader within the legal sector. Addleshaw Goddard has been named one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Law Firms in Europe for six years in a row at the FT Innovative Lawyer Awards.
