Addleshaw Goddard advises LeadCrest Capital Partners on the lease of a logistics facility to ID Logistics

Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised LeadCrest Capital Partners, the first fund manager exclusively dedicated to pan-European structured corporate real estate financing, on the lease of a logistics facility near Wrocław, Poland, to ID Logistics.

The property, located in Bielany Wrocławskie, comprises approximately 20,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space. Strategically situated close to the A8 motorway, the facility offers access to key transport routes in Poland and across Europe.
