Addleshaw Goddard strengthens Real Estate Investments team with strategic Partner hire
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) is delighted to announce the appointment of Farhod Moghadam as a Partner in its Real Estate Investments team in London.
Farhod joins AG after over a decade as Senior Adviser and lead counsel to Patron Capital, advising on over €7 billion of private equity real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. With more than 20 years’ experience structuring and executing complex transactions, he brings a deep insight into the investment perspectives of PERE investors, further strengthening AG’s pan-European real estate capability.
Farhod is the firm’s 20th lateral partner hire in the UK this year and he joins a team that continues to advise on some of the UK’s most significant real estate transactions, including recently advising Arada UK Holdings Limited on a stake in the £2.5bn regeneration scheme at Thameside West—one of London’s most ambitious development projects.
AG continues its strong growth trajectory following the launch of its AG2030 strategy in November 2024, which sets out an ambition to become a £1 billion firm by the end of the decade. In recent months, the firm has opened its 21st office in Abu Dhabi and expanded into Central Europe through the addition of Linklaters’ Warsaw operations. AG also reported record financial results for the year ending 30 April 2025, with revenue up 11% to £550.9 million.
