Addleshaw Goddard Ireland appoints Jack Kennedy as partner in continued expansion of construction & engineering practice
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Jack Kennedy as Partner to its Construction & Engineering practice in Ireland. This latest appointment is the second partner to the firm’s Construction & Engineering team in Dublin this year, reflecting the growing market demand and the firm’s strategic investment in its construction law capabilities.
Jack joins Addleshaw Goddard Ireland as Partner in Construction & Engineering, bringing with him a wealth of experience advising on non-contentious construction law, development financings, and property transactions. Jack will work closely with Margaret Austin, Partner and Head of Construction & Engineering, and Killian Maher, Construction & Engineering Partner, enhancing the firm's ability to support clients through increasingly complex infrastructure and development projects. Current clients supported by Addleshaw Goddard Ireland include Tuath Housing Association, The Land Development Agency, Home Building Finance Ireland, the Mercantile Group, Fold Housing Association, Kennedy Wilson, Hines and Bank of Ireland.
Previously a lawyer at A&L Goodbody LLP, Jack was notably a primary advisor to one of Ireland’s largest privately owned residential developers across all aspects of the development of their landbanks. This included advising on numerous forward funds, forward sales, development financings and negotiating construction contracts.
