Addleshaw Goddard advises Stolt-Nielsen Limited on the acquisition of Suttons International Holdings Limited

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Stolt-Nielsen (a leading multinational provider of bespoke logistics and transportation services for door-to-door shipments of bulk liquid) on the successful completion of its acquisition of ISO tank operator Suttons International Holdings Limited.

The acquisition of Suttons adds over 11,000 ISO tank containers to Stolt-Nielsen’s fleet and enhances its position as a leading liquid logistics provider, strengthening its global logistics capabilities and expanding its reach in key international markets.

The AG team advising Stolt-Nielsen was led by Partner Ian Le Pelley, supported by Managing Associate Sarah Dick and Associate Kirsty Curran and other specialists across the firm’s corporate, commercial and regulatory practices.  The legal aspects of the acquisition were led by Scott Harding at Stolt-Nielsen.
