Addleshaw Goddard advises PhillipCapital on its recommended takeover of Walker Crips Group Plc

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard is advising PhillipCapital UK Ltd in connection with the recommended c.£6m takeover offer for Walker Crips Group Plc. 

The transaction reflects Addleshaw Goddard's strength in acting of FIG transactions in the listed company space, bringing together both its Public M&A and Financial Regulation expertise. 

The Addleshaw Goddard team is a Leeds/London cross-office collaboration, jointly led by partners Adam Hastings and Louise Pritchard, and supported by Vinay Rawal and Halaina Tak. A team led by Paul Anderson is leading on the financial regulatory aspects of the transaction.
