Paris – October 3, 2023 - Groupement des Mousquetaires successfully completed a new European private placement (Euro PP) bond issue placed with institutional investors at maturity 5 years, 7 years and 8 years for a total amount of €210,000,000.

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking acted as Lead Managers.

Addleshaw Goddard advised the Issuer with a team consisted in Julien Bacus, Partner, Charles Tissier, Counsel and Eléa Saint-Etienne.
