Addleshaw Goddard has advised stretch-film manufacturer Eurofilms Extrusion Limited on its sale to private-equity backed Swedish group Trioworld.

Telford-based Eurofilms supports customers in distribution, beverage, food and other industrial packaging.

The team at AG advised the company's private owners on all legal aspects of the sale which will see it grow as part of the Trioworld Group and develop a combined offering in the market for recycled plastics.

AG's team advising on the deal was led by Richard Hunt and Victoria Kierans, supported by Jack Irwin and Harrison Easley.

Richard Hunt said: "This deal has resulted in a great combination of innovative businesses which together can provide a much wider offering to their customers. We were delighted to work with the owners of Eurofilms to complete the transaction and advance the overall ambitions of the business in the UK and beyond."
