Eugene F Collins has announced Gerard Coll, corporate partner will be retiring as a partner after 42 years with the firm.


Gerard will remain as a consultant in the corporate practice working with his existing client base.

Gerard is one of Eugene F Collins’ most experienced partners, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and restructurings in the healthcare, software technology, retail, energy and financial services sectors. He has played a significant role in many complex and high profile transactions throughout his career including: acting for the Receiver in the sale of Dublin Gas, acquiring what was the B&I Line and transactions for RTE, Maxol, Clear Channel, Arkphire Group, Kepak, JD Sports, New Look and Q-Park and many other clients.
