Addleshaw Goddard has advised global recruitment business Harvey Nash Group on its acquisition of Latitude 36, a Tenessee-based technology recruitment company. The move, part of Harvey Nash Group's strategic growth in North America, makes the combined business one of the 50 largest IT staffing companies in the US.

AG provided funding advice via a combined corporate and banking team, including Andy Fordham, Simon Wood, Cerys Poolis and Liam Gasior.

Addleshaw Goddard has had a relationship with Harvey Nash Group since working on its 2018 public takeover by DBAY Advisors.

Simon said: "This is a great step for both companies, marking a new chapter in Harvey Nash Group's international expansion and creating one of the largest and fastest-growing staffing companies in North America.

"We are delighted to have been able to offer our help and expertise in delivering this deal.
