Addleshaw Goddard's Manchester corporate team is delighted to have advised the founders of leading male skincare brand, Bulldog Skincare, on its sale to US listed business Edgewell Personal Care (EPC).
The acquisition further strengthens EPC's already strong portfolio and will allow it to reinforce its position in key markets including the UK, Sweden and South Korea.
The AG team was led by Partner Paul Medlicott and associate Katie Simpson, supported by Justine Delroy, Josie Marsden and Harry Wakefield.
