European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
Advising the bank as lender on an English law-governed US$56m secured project loan to Ukrainian subsidiaries of Kernel Holding S.A. for the construction of 4 biomass plants in Ukraine. Also advising on the development, construction and operation of a 110 MW wind farm located in South East Ukraine.

Metinvest
Advising a leading steel and mining group on a shareholders agreement with Danieli, a global producer of plant and machinery for the metals industry, for the construction of a state-of-the-art steel facility in Italy.

Apollo and The Rohatyn Group
Advising private equity sponsors on the sale of their majority interest in CDA Group, the holding company for the Karavan shopping centres in Ukraine, to their JV partner Ukrainian Group DCH.

Industrial Union of Donbass
Advising two of the three shareholders of the steel group on the sale of a majority interest to three Russian purchasers.

DCH Group
Advising on its acquisition of the Ukrainian Bank Credit Dnepr from Brancroft Enterprises Limited and of 97% of PJSC EVRAZ DMZ, the owner of the DMZ steel mill in Dnipr from a subsidiary of Evraz plc.

Siguler Guff & Company L.L.C
Advising on the sale of Into-Sana, Siguler's portfolio company active in the medical business in Ukraine.

UniCredit Group
Advising on the disposal of its Ukrainian subsidiary Ukrsotsbank to Alfa Group entity ABH Holdings, in exchange for a 9.9% share in ABH Holdings.

Nestlé Ukraine
Advising Nestlé Ukraine on a €42m senior loan from EBRD to LLC Volynholding, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nestlé S.A., for the development of a production site in Western Ukraine.

EBRD and other lenders
Advising senior lenders, including EBRD, on the proposed financing (under a senior and mezzanine structure) for the development, construction and operation of a 110MW wind farm located in South East Ukraine.
