We advised a Czech subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International on its acquisition of a 100% stake in the Czech retail bank, Equa Bank, from AnaCap Financial Partners.

Wizz Air
Acting on high-value and complex litigation worldwide for the airline.

Mirova
Advising on its investment in Sunly, an independent power producer, as part of fundraising a total amount of around €200m. The raised capital will be used to further develop Sunly's solar and wind portfolio in the Baltics and Poland.

PZU
Advising the largest insurer in CEE on the acquisition of insurance operations in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia from Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc and the subsequent disposal of its Lithuanian subsidiary UAB DK PZU Lietuva to Norwegian insurer Gjensidige Forsikring.

Export-Import Bank of Romania
Advising on its purchase of a 99.28% stake in Banca Romaneasca from the National Bank of Greece. The acquisition was the first time a Romanian state bank has taken over a privately owned lender and its first entry into the retail banking segment in Romania.

Salford Capital Partners
Advising on the proposed sale of: Imlek, Mlekara Subotica, Bambi and Knjaz Milos Balkan dairy, food and mineral water producers.

Strikeforce
Advising on their proposed acquisition of RTB Bor, a Serbian copper producer.

Türkerler Holding
Advising Türkerler Holding on the entry into a share purchase and option agreement and ancillary documentation for an acquisition of a gold mine development project in Bulgaria for US$55 million.
