Regulatory tightening in P2P platforms
The FCA is consulting on draft Handbook rules for crowdfunding platforms, both peer-to-peer (P2P) lending and investment-based platforms (CP18/20). These changes are a response to the FCA's observations of poor business practices that it believes may cause harm.
