We are pleased to invite you to attend one of our panel discussions on the Law Commission’s second consultation on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the Act that governs security of tenure for business tenants in England and Wales.

With the consultation deadline approaching on 16 September, these breakfast events in August and September will explore the proposals most likely to affect commercial landlords and tenants.

Chaired by Kirsty Black, a Partner in our Real Estate Disputes team, the panels will discuss

  • the practical implications of reform;
  • the issues attracting most attention across the market; and
  • what businesses should be considering if they wish to respond to the consultation.

These events will be relevant to landlords, occupiers, investors and property professionals with an interest in business tenancy reform and its effect on the wider commercial property market.
