Kirsty Garrett – Director, Corporate DCM at Lloyds Banking Group

Kirsty is responsible for Lloyds’ ESG bond franchise. Lloyds has a leading ESG capital markets franchise, working on six transactions in the real estate sector so far in 2021 and has supported a number of clients to establish sustainable finance frameworks to support their funding plans.



Jayne Cottam – CFO, Assura plc

Jayne joined Assura in September 2017. Since then Assura has issued both a social bond and a sustainable bond.  Jayne sits on the CBI North West Regional Council and the BPF Finance Committee.



Nathan Holland – Director, Loan Markets at NatWest

Nathan is a Director in the Loan Markets team at NatWest supporting real estate clients on syndicated loan financing. He has worked with a number of borrowers on sustainability linked financing and is part of the Loan Market Association working group for the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles.

Rory works with large private and public companies providing advice across capital structure, bank financing, credit ratings and debt capital markets.
