Another year of difference
We are proud to present our second Responsible Business Report, which provides a comprehensive overview of our firm’s dedication to ethical and responsible operations across all aspects of our business.
This year’s report is closely aligned to our AG2030 strategy – a clear vision for the firm we aspire to be by 2030, and a roadmap for how we will achieve it. Being a responsible business is a key part of AG2030 and reinforces our longstanding focus on creating an inclusive workplace, engaging in impactful pro bono work, supporting our communities, and taking significant steps towards environmental sustainability.
By tracking our progress through robust KPIs, we are ensuring that our commitment to responsible business is not only sustained but strengthened as we move towards 2030.
A few highlights from FY25 include:
- Reaffirming our commitment to the UN Global Compact and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals
- Donating over £630,000 to charities
- Increasing pro bono hours by 17% and volunteering hours by 58%
- Adding 2 new inclusion networks and introducing LGBTQ+ and disability pay gap reporting
- Ranking 11th in the Social Mobility Employer Index and being recognised as a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality
- Being named a Financial Times Top 100 Best Employer 2025 (Professional Services)
- Submitting our Net Zero Targets to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and seeing an 8% reduction in our global carbon emissions since FY24
- Being awarded a Silver EcoVadis medal, placing our sustainability efforts in the top 15% of companies assessed
