Mary is the Head of Responsible Business and Learning at Addleshaw Goddard, leading a team with a portfolio of responsibilities including Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, Wellbeing, and Learning and Development. Mary has worked in the legal sector for 20 years, initially as a real estate lawyer, before moving into Human Resources a few years later. Mary has a Masters in Human Resource Management and she is a co-founder and Chair of the award-winning Mindful Business Charter.
