30 years of partnership across Africa
For over 30 years we have guided many of the world's most dynamic companies, investors and governmental entities through business opportunities, complex legal issues and disputes across Africa. From equity investment in a Malawian macadamia farm to a hydropower project in Uganda, we have facilitated transformative projects across a wide range of industries, enabling growth and development.
Building long-term relationships and understanding the different political, legal and economic context in each jurisdiction across the continent has been crucial to our success. With specialists from our UK, France and Middle East offices and through our Global Connect network (our collaboration with lawyers in each of the 54 countries), wherever you are doing business we'll manage the whole process seamlessly.
