Our finance specialists are leaders in structured finance, derivatives, debt capital markets and different types of financing. We advise corporates, financial institutions and funds on all financing aspects, from regulatory issues to restructuring.

Financial Regulation

We are also involved on major construction projects, M&A transactions, complex disputes and arbitration matters.

Our real estate team handles all aspects of real estate matters, including complex transactions, development projects, asset management, and both pre-litigation and litigation related to real estate issues.
