Employment Tribunals: scheme to reimburse Tribunal fees introduced

In July 2017, the Supreme Court quashed the fees regime operating in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal. The fees system was ruled unlawful and now the Ministry of Justice are required to reimburse all fees that were paid.
