Christy is an Associate in the Commercial Team based in the Aberdeen office. She has experience in advising a broad range of clients within the energy sector, spanning both established and emerging technologies. Christy regularly advises on and negotiates a variety of data-related matters and service contracts including IT, facilities and equipment agreements.

Christy's recent experience includes:

Gained experience during a secondment to an energy operator, advising on and negotiating a wide range of service contracts, including facilities, IT and spares/equipment agreements.
Regularly supports clients developing new and emerging technologies.
Experienced in drafting common forms of agreements, preparing bespoke special conditions, including working with the LOGIC contract suite.
Delivered guest lectures on energy-related topics as part of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Aberdeen.
