• Advised AIM- listed Science in Sport plc, a sports nutrition company, on a secondary fundraise and its recommended takeover by bd-Capital
• Advised Peel Hunt LLP, as nominated and adviser and broker to specialist litigation financier, Manolete Partners plc, on its IPO on AIM
• Advised Zeus Capital, in its role as nominated adviser and broker to AIM listed online fashion retailer, Boohoo, on Boohoo's £197m secondary fundraise 
• Advised AIM-listed Produce Investments plc, a food and drink distributor, on its recommended takeover by Promethean Investments LLP
• Advised Main Market listed On the Beach plc on its £67.3 million cash box placing
