EXPERTISE
Katarzyna is a holder of PhD title in law with over 5 years of experience in the field of labour law. Her PhD thesis was written on the topic of cross-border transfers of undertakings within the EU. She participated in various legal due diligence projects in the field of employment and was involved in many projects concerning individual and collective labour law issues such as employee termination, mobbing cases, drafting employment contracts, regulations, introduction of remote work, advisory in matters regarding transfer of undertakings or determination of the existence of the employment relationship. She has experience in supporting a global mobility team covering work and residence permits for employees from outside the EU. She has mostly worked for sectors such as FMCG, real estate, shipping services, financial services.
- Education
Katarzyna has studied international relations and law at the University of Warsaw – graduated in 2015 and 2017 respectively. She is also a graduate of German School of Law organised by the University of Bonn and attended a related academic fellowship for alumni of German School of Law hosted by the University of Bonn.
For 5 years she has been a lecturer of labour law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw for Polish and foreign students.

- Training delivered
Katarzyna regularly delivers webinars and trainings to clients on various topics relating to employment. She also conducts trainings for NGOs sector. Since 2018 she has been a coach of a Polish team participating in the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition.
- Recognition
Katarzyna’s PhD thesis has been granted i.a. an award by the Institute of Labour and Social Affairs under the auspices of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy in 2024.
