Jamie leads AG's Advanced Legal Solutions team, with over 12 years of legal transformation experience. He specialises in optimising legal processes, structuring delivery teams & enabling the use of legal tech tools. He focuses on driving efficiencies, improving quality controls & capturing operational data through digitising legal workflows, to drive better business insights.

Jamie creates tailored solutions for specific types of legal work, leveraging new delivery models, legal tech and multi-disciplinary teams of lawyers, legal technologists and project managers, to provide scalable, quality driven fixed fee service offering.  

Jamie has experience optimising a wide range of legal service areas, including commercial contracts, employment tribunals, M&A due diligence, DSARs through to real estate asset management.

Experience
  • Sole provider legal services for portfolio asset management work to a national retailer client, with a focus on structured delivery and driving continuous improvement across the estate
  • Leadership role in the design and delivery of a landmark managed legal services outsourcing deal for a major telecoms provider, across a range of practice areas including real estate, employment and insurance claims
  • Led a major CLM legal transformation project for a global inhouse legal team of a FTSE 100 food & beverages client, optimising and digitising matter management and contract management across the 200+ lawyers
  • Jamie was part of the setup and operational leadership team for a pioneering legal services centre operation at an international law firm, with a focus on migrating and structuring the delivery of legal services across multiple delivery centres across the global, creating a follow the sun delivery capability
  • Establishment of a legal technology team, including an eDiscovery team within a law firm, combining technology and advisory services to a range of litigious and regulatory disputes and investigations, allowing greater collaboration and innovation between eDiscovery expertise and lawyers working on the cases
