Expertise
Édouard is an associate in corporate/M&A and private equity, with a strong interest in complex, often cross-border transactions. He primarily works in the energy, transportation, real estate, defense, and retail sectors, advising on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and equity investments, including regulatory and governance aspects.
Édouard holds a dual degree in Business Law and Management from EDHEC Business School (Grande École, master in Law & Tax Management, 2021) and a Master II in Business Law Practice from the Catholic University of Lille (2021).
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, he worked as a legal counsel and attorney at a leading French law firm.
- Experience
- Advised an international logistics group on its 50% equity investment in a French group in the same sector (2025);
- Advised LWS Hospitality on the minority investment by CAPITEM 4 and CASRA CAPITAL in LWS Holding (June 2025);
- Advised on the LMBO of LWS Hospitality, a subsidiary of the RÉALITÉS group, sold to its management as part of the group’s strategic refocus and recovery plan (January 2025);
- Advised Imagerie Médicale Paris Centre (IMPC) on the minority LBO carried out with Qualium Investissement, aimed at structuring and accelerating the group’s development (December 2024).
