Amit is a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, based in the London office.

He advises private equity and global investors on their investments into UK and European real estate, through both equity and debt strategies. He also advises JVs, platforms and operating partners on their real estate investment and development activities across all of the major asset classes. 

Amit’s expertise includes direct and indirect asset and portfolio acquisitions, net lease / S&LBs, M&A, JVs, platform creation, fundings and other forms of structured real estate investment.

He is currently ranked as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ for Real Estate: Investment in Legal 500’s 2026 edition.
