Talal Aldaughaither is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial team. He advises clients in general corporate matters and corporate transactions, private M&A, and JVs.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Talal worked in a local corporate law firm. He is a dual-qualified lawyer, being a Solicitor of England & Wales and a licensed lawyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Experience

M&A/JV:

- Advised sell-side GCC-based banks in relation to selling their shares representing 40% of the shares of a KSA-based financial investment company

- Advised a bidder in an auction process for full acquisition of two GCC-based facilities management companies.

- Advised a KSA family conglomerate in relation to acquiring a majority shareholding of the target, a facilities management company.

- Advised an international meat production company in forming a joint venture agreement with a local JV partner.

- Advised a Saudi public company in the regarding a carve-out of its assets into a separate company.

Other Experience:

- Advised several clients on several corporate and regulatory matters including regulations relating to MISA and CMA.

- Advised and represented a REIT manager in an ongoing CMA investigation.

- Represented clients in arbitration arising from M&A and other transactions.
