Ross is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with experience in insolvency, banking and commercial litigation and disputes. He advises financial institutions, receivers and international funds on security enforcement and property related disputes.
Ross acted for domestic and international clients in various security disputes involving receivership appointments, the enforcement of liens and breach of undertaking proceedings. Ross advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder, contractual, tax, competition and procurement disputes.
