Rosie is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team, with significant experience advising global asset managers, major developers, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of complex planning matters. She has particular expertise in large-scale urban regeneration, mixed-use, and residential-led development schemes. Rosie is committed to guiding clients through the dynamic planning landscape, with a strong interest in ESG issues.

Rosie regularly provides clear, practical advice on technical areas of planning law, including the application of leading cases such as Hillside and Dennis, as well as permitted development rights, biodiversity and carbon sequestration issues. In addition, Rosie has experience advising on emerging asset classes, including planning considerations for data centres and dark kitchens.

Advising Related Argent on its mixed-use joint venture with the London Borough of Barnet to redevelop the area of Brent Cross delivering 6,700 homes as well as commercial and leisure space across 370 acres.
Advising BentallGreenOak on an office development at Regents Wharf, Islington, providing new and heritage workspaces.
Advising Berkeley Homes (East Thames) Limited on the planning and real estate aspects of a development at Lombard Square, Plumstead, West Thamesmead, delivering residential, employment and community space as well as retail and leisure uses. The development is part of a joint venture with Peabody Homes.
Advising the King’s Cross Group on its redevelopment and ongoing management of the King’s Cross Central estate, one of the largest and highest profile regeneration schemes in Europe.
