Isabel's experience includes:

• Advising on the acquisition of strategic site assemblies for the development and operation of mixed-use schemes including commercial, retail and residential sites, advising on sale and leaseback transactions, as well as the re-financing and disposal of assets.
• Advising on portfolio acquisitions (predominately commercial retail parks in England and Wales) and the ongoing operation of the assets. A core member of the client team and responsible for leading due diligence processes with internal and external advisors, using artificial intelligence software to prepare and consolidate 100+ lease reports, conducting title investigation and title reporting and assisting with the negotiation of the sale purchase agreements and rent authority letters.
