Aleksandra is a Polish qualified lawyer (radca prawny) with over 3 years of experience in the real estate legal advisory. Prior to joining the legal industry, she has gained experience in property acquisition and property management. She conducted real estate due diligence analyses and provided local and foreign entities ongoing advice on the investment process. She was involved in preparing agreements, including sale agreements, lease agreements, property management agreements as well as other transactional documents.

Work highlights*

• Prologis: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki covering nearly 70,000 sqm.
• Hillwood Polska: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk from funds managed by Blackstone. The logistics park comprises two warehouse buildings, covering nearly 43,000 sqm.
• Stena Real Estate: advising on the €86m acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
• INVESTIKA and BUD Holdings: advising on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. The 212,500 sqm portfolio comprises five logistics parks. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland and the second largest in Central Europe in 2024.
• A global investment firm: advising on the sale of Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw to Futureal. Lipowy Office Park is an office complex comprised of four office buildings, offering nearly 40,000 sqm of leasable area.
