Emma joined the Employment team in September 2025 and has specialised in Employment Law for 4 years. Emma has experience advising a variety of clients, from small and medium enterprises to large enterprises and global businesses.
Emma has advised clients on various areas of employment law by both telephone and email, including redundancies, conduct and capability procedures, disciplinary hearings, grievances, TUPE transfers, flexible working request, sickness absences and settlement agreements.
As part of Emma’s contentious experience, Emma has experience in drafting ET3 Responses, completing case management orders in preparation for both preliminary and final hearings, drafting and defending applications, preparing witness statements, negotiating settlements and representing clients at preliminary hearings.
