Andy specialises in cash and share-based management incentive arrangements, all employees' share schemes and high-level employee terminations and appointments. In particular, he has advised on the establishment and administration of management equity arrangements, long-term incentive arrangements and all employees' share schemes for a number of clients in a variety of sectors.

Andy also frequently advises on the effect of corporate transactions (including share sales, IPOs and TUPE transfers) on such incentive arrangements and in relation to the incentivisation of employees following such events.
