Stuart is a managing associate in the Real Estate team in Leeds (UK). Stuart acts for a diverse client group on a range of matters from transport and infrastructure through to estate management matters.

Stuart's recent experiences include:

• Advising a supermarket retailer on strategic acquisitions and disposals as well as supporting on all aspects estate management, helping to manage a £12bn property portfolio.
• Acting for a major pension fund on all of its acquisitions, disposals and property management, including managing a number multi-tenanted industrial parks across the North of England. 
• Advising Lancaster University on the Real Estate aspects of campus management to assist in the creation of diverse built environment for students. Transactions include; buying and selling of land (including residential), development of a new innovation park, various on campus leases, telecoms leases, business collaboration agreements, events licences etc.
• Advising on the Real Estate aspects of acquisitions and mergers of businesses of all sectors.
