Michał is a Polish-qualified lawyer (radca prawny) specialising in advisory services for the energy sector. He has extensive experience supporting clients in regulatory matters, the negotiation of agreements (in particular, PPA agreements), administrative proceedings, and M&A transactions. In 2025, he completed postgraduate studies in Nuclear Energy at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He is a member of the International Nuclear Law Association (INLA).
