• Tritax Symmetry: Leon advises Tritax on the construction aspects of its warehouse developments at Darlington, Merseyside, Blyth and Middlewich, including input into the agreements for lease, development agreements and funding agreements.
• Standard Life Assurance Limited:  Leon has extensive experience in advising Standard Life on its logistics and warehouse developments at Gravelly Park, with a particular focus on design & build procurement, agreements for lease and real estate support.
• NOMA Limited Partnership: Advising on construction contracts (JCT building contracts, appointments, framework agreements and collateral warranties) on the NOMA portfolio of buildings in Manchester, including the re-development of New Century Hall, Redfern Building and Dantzic Building.
• 1Heritage: Advising the client on the development of 129 residential apartments and 2 commercial units at One Victoria, Manchester. This involved the drafting of the full suite of construction contracts, including the building contract (JCT Design & Build), letters of appointment, collateral warranties, cross-company guarantee and input into the funding agreement.
• Omega Warrington Limited: Leon has provided advice on the construction contracts in respect of the infrastructure works (NEC3) at the Omega Warrington site. This includes the development of the roads, roundabout and road widening works on the site in collaboration with Homes England and the Land Trust.
