Expertise
Callum is an Associate in our Commercial Services division and a member of the Payments team.
Callum advises on a broad range of commercial contracts and payments transactions. He also regularly provides commercial support on acquisitions and disposals, with a particular focus on the financial services sector.
He acts for a range of clients, including banks, technology companies, payment processors and other payments industry participants, as well as various retail and consumer companies.
Callum has completed secondments to Lloyds Bank and Britvic.

Highlights of Callum's recent experience include:
- Advising a major retail and commercial UK bank and a leading UK investment manager on IT outsourcings.
- Advising on several merchant services agreements (acting for both suppliers and customers).
- Working with UK Finance to develop Commercial Variable Recurring Payments model clauses.
- Advising on the commercial aspects of various acquisitions and disposals, including the acquisitions of a leading account-to account platform provider and a book of merchants, and the disposal of a payments business.
- Advising various multinational companies on their cloud services contracts.
