Based in our Riyadh office, Majid specialises in finance, corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Majid worked at a Tier 1 international UK law firm focusing on maritime, trade and offshore sectors. He has also lived and worked in Athens, Beirut, Dubai and London.

• Public Fund – Advised on the establishment of a Shari'ah-compliant public fund investing in equities listed on Tadawul for a leading investment bank in Saudi Arabia.
• Debt Restructuring – Advised a syndicate of lenders on a SAR3.8 billion debt restructuring for a listed entity involved in one of Saudi Arabia's first giga projects.
• Shipping – Acting in relation to a multi-million dollar secured loan facility provided to a NYSE listed company for the purposes of refinancing existing indebtedness over eight LPG vessels and for working capital purposes.
