Tanzeela is a Legal Director in our Employment team, advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
Tanzeela has experience dealing with complex employment litigation, including proceedings related to whistleblowing, equal pay, employment status and protection of business interests (e.g. through the enforcement of restrictive covenants). She also regularly advises clients on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and provides strategic advice in connection with redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE transfers.
Tanzeela is listed in Legal 500 and recognised as a Star Associate in Chambers & Partners.
Tanzeela has also completed various secondments to client legal teams, in particular two secondments to retail banks and one secondment to a global tech company (covering employment law issues across EMEA).
